The system has the facility to contact an engineer or the service provider with out the need for making a telephone call.

The forklift can be fitted with a button which when depressed gives all of the relevant information on the customer and the truck details to the service call centre so that an engineer can be dispatched again, this could be by e mail, text message or in to the suppliers main IT system.
